If you are not completely satisfied with your product(s) purchased through redimere.net, we will gladly accept their return for a full refund, or exchange for up to 30 days after the shipped date. Returns received after this 30 day period are not eligible for refund or exchange.
In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, the returned garments must be in the original sale condition – clean, unworn and unwashed with all ticketing still attached.
To return your product(s), log in to your account on Redimere and click ‘My Account’ at the very top of every page. Once on the ‘My Account’ page, click ‘My Orders’ and select the order number that matches the number on the e-mail you received with your purchase confirmation. You will find a ‘Return” option under all of the products, where you can select which products to return and start the process. You will receive an e-mail confirmation, and a representative will contact you within 1-2 business days with further instructions.

We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed unless the return is due to incorrect merchandise shipped or you are exchanging a product.
